Senior Analyst (Business Intelligence, Product) @ Delhivery Ltd., India (Nov 2021 - Aug 2024)

Delhivery is India’s largest logistics and supply chain companies, handling e-commerce and enterprise shipments across 18,000+ pin codes. I started here as a Product Analyst working on majorly first mile and last mile processes. Eventually my role expanded to performing analyses on the entire logistics cycle. In 2024 I was promoted to Senior Analyst in the Business Intelligence team where I was building KPI models using mainly regression algorithms and understanding correlation and causation patterns between KPIs.

Delivered KPI Sensitivity Playbook ranking 50+ KPIs, based on correlation analysis, adopted by 200+ centers across product and operations.
Automated embargo flagging using simple conditions, worked with stakeholders throughout. Published results via S3-hosted dashboards reducing manual reviews by 90%.
Used time-series clustering & features attribution to trace delay causes across 70+ lanes, and automated RCA for weekly ops reviews.
Delivered ops self-serve analytics suite using AWS Quicksight, built tools to flag vehicle underutilization and reduce adhoc booking costs.
Designed and maintained pipelines for seller performance analysis, improving seller engagement CTR from 3% to 20%.

Product Analyst @ Octathorpe Web Consultants Pvt. Ltd., India (Dec 2019 - Oct 2021)

Octathorpe is the company behind Hitwicket, a mobile strategy game that was featured by Tim Cook for its innovation in the gaming space. I started my stint here as an intern, which then got converted to a full-time position. My role here involved conducted anaylsis on our user base to discover insights about how they engage with the game. This data was then combined with market research to improve upon game features, while building robust documentation around it.

Designed hyper-personalized offer ladder for elder (d60+) users based on engagement data - increased ARPU by ₹0.5/user
Built in-house A/B Testing platform using SQL, Python and HTML for rapid product experimentation
Created weekly reports using Google Analytics, internal analytics platform and querying raw data using Python on users’ social activities - improved retention of socially engaged users by 20%
Conducted user interviews to combine with data to build product knowledge documents
